Cost Includes:  Five night cruise fare, all port charges, taxes and government fees, all meals while on board ship, room service, Las Vegas style entertainment, group cocktail party and a $25 per person tax deductible contribution.

Not Included:  Air, transportation to the Port of Miami, airport transfers, ship gratuities, baggage handling gratuities, shore excursions, bar drinks, optional Super Club fees, beauty salon, spa and massage services, casino, trip cancellation insurance and items of a personal nature.

Travel Documentation:  Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Even though a guest has completed registration using FUNPASS, it is still the responsibility of the guest to bring all required travel documents.  Any guest without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Carnival assumes no responsibility for advising guests of immigration requirements.

Effective June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens traveling on cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port must show proof of citizenship in the form of a PASSPORT.  www.travel.state.gov

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be made in writing.  Faxes are accepted.  We will notify you when we receive your written cancellation.  If you do not receive notice from us (Travel Beyond) please contact us to confirm receipt of your notice.  Travel Beyond will charge a $50 per person cancellation fee in addition to any cancellation penalties the cruise line charges.

Air Arrangements:

When purchasing your own airline tickets please keep these few Carnival Cruise Line guidelines in mind.  Flights arriving Miami can arrive no later than 2:30 pm and may not depart any earlier than 11:30 am.  Flights arriving Ft. Lauderdale can arrive no later than 2pm and may not depart any earlier than 1pm.  I always recommend my clients to consider flying in the day before to avoid any airline delays.

Carnival Cruise Lines has the right to change the itinerary, charge addition taxes & fees, fuel charges and change the price at anytime.
